Lassen Sie mich kurz \u00fcber die Erfahrungen meines Arbeitsalltags sprechen\u2026<\/h3>\n

Vielleicht wissen Sie, wie es ist, nach einem stressigen Tag nach Hause zu kommen, irgendwie immer noch genervt \u00fcber den Stress im B\u00fcro, noch nicht ganz raus aus den anstrengenden Projekten. Und eigentlich sind Sie noch gar nicht bereit, zu einer gl\u00fccklichen famili\u00e4re Atmosph\u00e4re beizutragen?<\/p>\n

An so einem Abend lasse ich einen Dram Old Ballantruan in ein sch\u00f6nes Nasenglas laufen, schaltete schottische Musik ein und setzte mich auf die Terrasse\u2026 nur ein paar Momente allein.<\/p>\n

Ich nehme mir Zeit, um die t\u00e4glichen Eindr\u00fccke zu verarbeiten und meine F\u00fc\u00dfe wieder auf den Boden zu bringen. Wenn ich mich auf die verschiedenen Aromen von Holz, Gew\u00fcrzen und Fr\u00fcchten konzentriere, lenke ich meine Aufmerksamkeit vom Alltagsstress zur\u00fcck zu mir selbst und beginne, den Moment zu genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n

Dann schaue ich auf die Flasche und stelle mir die Leute auf dem Bild vor, die den Torf f\u00fcr diesen guten Tropfen stechen, mit Sicherheit harte Arbeit, w\u00e4hrend die Sonne untergeht \u2013 so anders als bei unserer t\u00e4glichen Arbeit in den B\u00fcros. Vielleicht sehe ich das etwas zu romantisch? Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass sie nach der Arbeit wirklich m\u00fcde sind, aber frei im Kopf \u2013 vielleicht mehr als wir modernen Workaholics.<\/p>\n

Ich sp\u00fcre den Dram und die Hitze des Tages hinunterlaufen und dann bin ich bereit f\u00fcr meine Familie. Jetzt kann ich \u00fcber den L\u00e4rm der Kinder l\u00e4cheln \u2026\u00a0 Eine sch\u00f6ne Tradition, die ich wirklich sehr sch\u00e4tze!<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
